How Estate Sales Work...
- An estate sale is – a process where a person's personal belongings, usually from a house, are sold off in a short period, often due to a major life event like a death, relocation, or downsizing.
- A professional company (EstateAdvisor) – typically organizes the sale by appraising items, setting prices, displaying them within the home, and allowing the public to browse and purchase goods over a few days.
- With the goal of – liquidating most of the estate's possessions; buyers can expect to find a diverse range of items from furniture and artwork to everyday household goods, with prices often negotiable depending on the item.
- The HOUSE and EVERYTHING in the HOUSE – 9 times out of 10 the house ends up selling within 60 days (on average) from the estate sale.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I share referrals and leads?
You don’t share leads or referrals. Our estate consulting team will identify which estates will be selling their home, and if they would be open to a referral. If they say yes, we facilitate the referral/introduction. You get a warm handoff, and the lead is exclusively yours.
What is your privacy policy?
EstateAdvisor and our affiliates take the privacy of all of our clients and referral partners very seriously. We do not sell or share your information with anyone for any reason.
Is there a cost?
EstateAdvisor offers a unique and valuable service to our partners. We charge fair and nominal fees to help cover overhead and keep this referral program going. We offer payment plans and money-back guarantees.
Can I speak with other partners?
Attorney and Real Estate Agents must abide by a strict set of rules and regulations. Including owing a fiduciary duty of care to our estate clients. Privacy, for both our clients and partners is required to maintain the integrity of our program.
Do you offer a payment plan or referral program guarantees?
Yes, we offer both payment plans and (minimum lead/Deal) guarantees to our referral partners. Please ask our referral department for more information.
